Our services are designed for professionals and adults aged 18 and above. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and enrollment.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

All content on this website and within our programs, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, course materials, worksheets, frameworks, methodologies, assessments, software, and digital tools, is the property of ICTC Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without prior written consent.
• Record, share, or distribute coaching session content, proprietary frameworks, or training materials to third parties.
• Use our brand name, logo, or any trademarks for any purpose without express written permission.

Upon completion of a program, you may use the knowledge and skills acquired for personal and professional development, but the underlying materials and methodologies remain our intellectual property.

5. Enrollment and Payment Terms

• Enrollment in any program is confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable fees.
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
• Installment payment options, where available, are subject to timely payment of each installment. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to program content.
• We reserve the right to change program fees at any time. Fee changes will not affect already confirmed enrollments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our coaching services are designed to provide professional development and guidance. Results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, career advancement, or business results.
• iCoachTheCoach, ICTC Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its directors, coaches, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by viruses, malware, or other harmful components that may infect your device as a result of accessing our website.
• Any reliance on information, advice, or guidance provided through our coaching programs is at your own risk. We recommend applying professional judgment to all coaching recommendations.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the resolution of any disputes.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to mediation under the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before proceeding to formal legal proceedings.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet disruptions, or other force majeure events.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
