2. Member Accounts & IDs

Member IDs are issued to individual users and are non-transferable. Each ID is locked to the first device used for login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ID and password. ICTC Learning Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Use of Content

All course materials, tools, resources, certificates, and content provided through our platform are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any content without our written consent.

4. Subscription & Payments

Subscription fees are charged monthly or yearly as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We use Razorpay as our payment gateway; your payment details are handled securely by them and are not stored by us.

5. Device Locking

To prevent unauthorized access, each member ID is locked to the device used during first login. This fingerprint is stored locally. If you need to change your device, please contact us for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of ICTC Learning Solutions Private Limited unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

ICTC Learning Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data or access.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
