At iCoachTheCoach, we strive to deliver high-quality training and professional growth experiences. We understand that circumstances change, and we have established this policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all our stakeholders.
1. Digital Products
(E-Books, Videos, Recorded Courses Etc)
Given the nature of digital goods, which are instantly accessible and downloadable, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable upon delivery of access credentials.
Policy: Once you have logged in, downloaded, or accessed the digital content, no refunds will be provided.
Exceptions: If you experience a technical failure preventing access, please contact us at icoachthecoach@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will resolve the technical issue or provide an alternative download method.
2. Live Training Programs -Online/Offline (Workshops, TTT, Certification)
Our live programs involve resource allocation, faculty scheduling, and limited seat capacity.
Cancellation by Participant:
7+ Days before start: 85% refund (15% deducted for administrative/processing costs).
Less than 7 days before start: No refund will be issued.
No-Show Policy: If a participant fails to attend the scheduled live session without prior written notice, it is considered a “No-Show,” and no refund or credit will be provided.
Cancellation/Rescheduling by ICTC: In the event that iCoachTheCoach cancels or significantly reschedules a program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a 100% refund or the option to credit the amount toward a future batch.
3. Tangible Products (Books, Diaries, Merchandise)
We ensure our physical products are shipped with care.
Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns: We do not accept returns for physical products simply due to a change of mind, due to the logistical costs and the nature of educational materials.
Shipping: Any agreed-upon returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense to our designated office address.
4. General Refund Procedures
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10–15 business days of confirmation.
Payment Gateway Charges: Please note that payment gateway fees (typically 2-3%) are often non-refundable by the service provider and may be deducted from your total refund amount.
How to Request: All refund requests must be emailed to icoachthecoach@gmail.com with the subject: “Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Order/Batch ID]”.
5. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, we are committed to resolving your concerns promptly.
